1. Introduction

Welcome to Mr. Liquidator Furniture. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website, product purchases, and interactions with our services. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the Site.

2. General Terms

  • Eligibility : Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
  • Agreement Modifications : We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Updates will be posted on the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions : We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free descriptions, images, or pricing. Errors may result in order cancellation.
  • Pricing : All prices are in USD and subject to change. Sales tax and delivery fees apply unless stated otherwise.
  • Custom Orders : Custom furniture requests require a non-refundable deposit (e.g., 50%) and cannot be canceled once production begins.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance : Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse orders due to errors, fraud, or stock issues.
  • Payment Methods : We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other listed methods. Full payment is due at checkout unless financing is arranged.
  • Late Payments : Late balances incur a 10% monthly penalty. Unpaid orders may be canceled  6.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines : Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chains are not our liability.
  • Risk of Loss : Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect items upon receipt.
  • Address Errors : Additional fees apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses  2.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy : all sales are final no return or exchange after confirmation of your order
  • . Custom orders, clearance items, and special orders are final sale.
  • Restocking Fee : A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns  2.
  • Refunds : Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Buyer assumes all risks associates with transportation of merchandise pick up
  • Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit

7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Limited Warranty : Furniture is covered against material defects in the time of the delivery or same or pick up make sure to inspect the product in time of delivery or pick up.
  • Repair Services : Contact customer support for warranty claims. Non-warranty repairs may incur fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use. Liability is capped at the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled per our  Privacy Policy , which details collection, use, and protection practices. By using the Site, you consent to these practices.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Jurisdiction : These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
